PROJECT CONSERVATION GENETICS OF MAMMALS AND REPTILES OF THE VENEZUELAN ANIMALS
This group is composed of teachers: (Dr.) Marisol Aguilera, Emilio Herrera, Roberto Cipriano, Guillermo Barreto, Eladio Marquez, Moritz Benado; (Msc) and Angela Expósito students doing thesis or internship.
The group's overall goal is to generate knowledge on biodiversity and evolutionary biology of certain groups of the fauna of the Venezuelan territory and the preservation of their habitats, in order to provide genetic information, ecological, systematic and evolutionary fauna on appeal to provide decision making for the conservation of various species.
