Dear members, partners and sympathizers
Following the rescue service and removal of exotic fauna of the natural environment, rural and urban, Thursday April 12, 2011 we proceeded to pick up a copy of female about five feet in gestation the common green iguana, Iguana iguana , which was abandoned in the municipality of Arona.
The animal was dehydrated and showed signs of hypothermia (in the attached image you can see the typical dark color adopted by these lizards when the temperature is too low).
have proceeded to provide fluid and provide the right temperature in quarantine.
